Changes introduced with this PR
This is an experimental design to allow a user to only run a subset of the step functions, specifically to provide an existing pmlogger output file and simply post-process it into JSON using those specific functions of the step.
Right now, I think this design would require first the implementation of arcalot/arcaflow-engine#54
