Support multiple interpreter versions

For a global workflow we should maybe have the same branch versionning as the node 'develop, testnet, mainnet) and each branch of the the playground could focus on a specific branch of the node.

Because the interpreter can change between versions, the app should have some way to support multiple versions of the interpreter based on the archethic-node branch.

If not possible, we would have to deploy multiple version of the playground
