Trigger pannel should not be reset on parse failure

Describe the problem you discovered

Currently the trigger pannel displays informations about available triggers and some forms if needed.
But this pannel is updated everytime the code changes and if the code does not parse the pannel is reset as if there is no code.

Describe the solution you'd like

The trigger pannel should be updated only when the code parsing is ok.
If the parsing returns an error, the trigger pannel should stay as it is.

If the code does not parse, we could disable updating the trigger pannel and disable triggers buttons
