Functionality Request: Mass Edit - Staff on inactive clubs set to FA

Simple request, provide functionality to send all players/staff contracted to inactive clubs to FA. Alternatively, also providing the ability to send all players/staff contracted to a club via the club tab to free agency would work also.

Added for v1.2.0. This has been added as a setting in Settings -> Database and defaults to "enabled" when v1.2.0 is first loaded (if you disable the setting at any time then it will persist in future editing sessions). Enabling this setting will automatically make any player/non-player a free agent if they are contracted/playing for an inactive club when the database is next loaded/saved. If the player/non-player is playing for an inactive club but is contracted to an active club, the person will be returned to playing for their contracted club.
