Earlier this month, the Switch emulator yuzu was shutdown in response to a legal push from Nintendo,the source code was no longer maintained,and the repository has been deleted.

Suyu is an open-source, non-profit Switch emulator.Suyu is the continuation of yuzu.

The development team of suyu has explicitly stated that they will not accept any donation money or other forms of monetization.

The development team has consulted "someone with legal experience" and the project "currently exists in a legal gray area we are trying to work our way out of."
