A uniform style for Lohpi web pages

Many web-pages/app to view status and interact with Lohpi will be designed by different individuals. We need to come up with a uniform style guideline that must be followed while implementing any web-page. The style sheet and support document must be reviewed and followed throughout the project lifetime. This should also include assets such as the lohpi logos which should appear in most pages.
