The system may provide an impression that many datasets are available. The nodes however may leave or join the network at any time. Serving a dataset to a lh-client is critically dependent on the state of the node that is responsible for the dataset. The nodes manage a live-view of each other by ping-pong in the fireflies network. However, a method to keep the available view refreshed is need. It can be related or dependent on #4
