Py audio won't install because of build wheel error #81

I've been trying everything people have said to fix this I've tried the pip install pipwin I've also tried to download the wheel itself and it still didn't work here is what it says when I try to get it to download

I don't understand how to fix this pls help.

you can try to install pyaudio on the website,and just put it in your folder. this was how i deal with all the pip downloading problem
