Thanks for your interest in this free open source software project @ehsan1980-sk. I see this pull request only adds an empty file that seems to serve no purpose.
If you intended to propose some change to the repository other than what you submitted, you are welcome to comment with a detailed description of your proposal. Otherwise, please go ahead and close the pull request so it won't clutter up the repository.
