Description of the Change

The README file has had a broken activity graph for a while now, and following the link says "project not found". The graph is redundant anyway, because GitHub provides that info to anyone looking.

The example image is also updated, to be better quality and locally sourced. This let's it reliably load in Atom too.

Benefits

Cleaner and less broken looking

Possible Drawbacks

The image change has been in effect on my own language package since the beginning, and I have never observed an issue. In contrast, it will load far more reliably in Atom because it's sourced locally.

Also, the new image adds 100Kb to the repo size, which seems acceptable. The old image could be removed, but I'll keep it around for now just in case. I also added the raw tex file to the folder, so it can be reused.

Edit: I didn't add the tex file in this PR.
