OpenWRT doesnt really support Mikrotik NAND devices after 2019 and the new support appeared broken. So reverted to the 2022 mechanism which does work and avoid upgrade problems.

Supernodes with many peers get a lot of traffic, and this traffic is handled by polling inside OLSR. We need to bump the pollrate otherwise they fall behind and the link quality measurement system fails despite the link being fine.
