Allow user defined options for serial GPIOs on Arilux LC11 #1887

I wanted to connect physical toggle switch to GPIO3 on LC11, but these were not exposed for user options in the module configuration. Any reason to not allow that specifically for Arilux LED controllers?..
After the change works fine for me.
