This PR features better settings and reliability and layouts.

Features:

• Ability to set a schedule of an arbitrary interval of hours, thanks to New and improved scripts pi-hole#71
• Ability to set any number of days to be displayed, including all
• Don't hide chart when the schedule is disabled
• Button to view mod mod log
• Button to view closest servers
• Button to view chart preview
• Button to view service status

• Scheduled Tests Fail to Run & Invalid Date error in Speedtest Log table pihole-speedtest#154
• Date warning

Enhancements:

• Revamped settings
• Moved chart below the stacked-bar charts, so that it doesn't interrupt
