Helm User Guide missing declarative examples

Summary

Some of the examples in the Helm section of the User Guide are missing examples of what the equivalent is in the Application CRD. Specifically:

• Values Files
• Parameters
  • A later section does include an example for this but it would improve the UX if the example is also in the section dedicated to it.

Motivation

Improve UX of the docs.

Proposal

Add an example of the declarative syntax related to the example in those sections.
