Plugin not present in the plugin list

Hello,

I am using the new management plugin system.

I created a plugin called "encrypted-yaml". I can see the sidecar is running well

But when I create an application , I can"t see it in the plugin list. It displays "No result"

I guess it should be present in the plugin section.

Any clue on this ?

If i understood right, only the argocd-cm listed plugins will be visible.
New plugins work on discovery only. You shall not provide a plugin name in your application manifest (or it will try to look for it in argocd-cm), but rather make sure the discovery method returns successfully when run on your app source.

Yes, I removed it in every yaml and it's working now.

But the question is : why is there a plugin section in an ArgoCD App if it remains / should remain empty ?
