ArgoCD UI: apps of apps breadcrumb menu

Summary

We are heavily using apps of apps pattern. If i jump from the parent app to a child app in the ui, there is no UI based way to jump simply back.

Proposal

Enhance the already existent breadcrumb menu in the upper left corner to also include the parent apps as part of the breadcrumb. e.g. instead of showing "Application / AppName" - which is the current behaviour, showing "Application / ParentApp1 / ParentApp2 / AppName" to have a simple way to jump back to the ParentApp(s).

I did a first PR to add only the first parent app.

Display all the hierarchy ask more work and could affect performance, I could do that in a second time.
