An error has occurred, all later migrations canceled: ActiveRecord::JDBCError: Cannot drop index 'index_task_users_on_user_id': needed in a foreign key constraint: DROP INDEX index_task_users_on_user_id ON task_users from arjdbc/jdbc/RubyJdbcConnection.java:587:
