Publish artifact

Hello, I'm really happy to see this project. It would be great if you would publish to a maven repository, such as Sonatype OSS or Bintray (a lot easier).
I may be able to help somewhat if needed.

Thanks. I was about to move it to Sonatype but it's a PITA if you don't use MAven. Will give Bintray a go.

Had the build system create a JAR and a POM (to build\libs).
I am able to upload it to Bintray but cannot push them further to a public repo.

I got this so far as having a Request for Inclusion into JCenter generated. Let's see if it gets approved. At least we know the build script builds a valid Maven/POM bundle.

Great!
Even if it's not included in JCenter, users can still add your personal
repository to their build.

Yes it is so. It should be pushed to JCenter in a few days, but I added an example config to the main README file. Thanks for pointing out Bintray - it's super.
