Minima

A bare minimum CGI web framework for pascal that supports (somewhat ¯\_(ツ)_/¯) dynamic routing. It is really minimum and straightforward. No bloat, no unnecessary abstraction. Define the routes, show what you want to show. That's it, that's all.
