Tag do CNPJ nas NFe de importação #25

Olá pessoal,

Ao tentar transmitir uma NFe de importação temos a seguinte mensagem:

:1:0:ERROR:SCHEMASV:SCHEMAV_ELEMENT_CONTENT: Element '{http://www.portalfiscal.inf.br/nfe}xNome': This element is not expected. Expected is one of ( {http://www.portalfiscal.inf.br/nfe}CNPJ, {http://www.portalfiscal.inf.br/nfe}CPF )

Porque a tag do CNPJ não esta definida como obrigatório e neste caso como o destinatário não tem CNPJ deveria ser adicionada a tag vazia
