BEARS-246 MLLP reconnect update

  • manual force reconnect
  • increase frequency of keepalive?

Updated dependency

  • HCA-Healthcare/elixir-mllp has been revised to use active socket
  • Since the new version more reliably detects a dropped connection and auto-reconnects, our monitor can now function purely as an observer (report connection down/up) and does not need to issue a reconnect.

Testing Notes
