So... something about the terribleness of this caught me, and I made a little bookmarklet for it. It's a bit hacky, and could be improved in several ways, but yeah, there it is.

I'm also rather tired right now, so forgive me if this doesn't make sense in the morning...

Wow. Great idea. It definitely still makes sense :)

Might be interesting to experiment with using an algorithm like instapaper or the readability bookmarklet to find the "main body".

Actually, how cool would it be if readability had this baked in?
