Can I create more phantom process in each cpu or more webpage instance in each process at a same time?

for example, 1:1:1 means: 1 pc with 4 cpu, I spawn 4 phantom processes, and create 1 webpage in each process at same time.

It is a limit to concurrency.

Is there a good way to prove that can I change the 1:1:1 ratio, and how many the ratio is good?

If the ratio of phantom:page is 1:n, do it occurs context switch race condition and then phantomJS error?

thx!
