DynMap Bukkit plugin can no more get skins to show on map because it haven't updated interaction with new Mojang API. This proxy allows to simulate old API
Default route is /skin/{playername}
Default address is 0.0.0.0:7653
For available settings use --help in command line
Due to new Mojang API there is hardcoded ratelimit for 30 seconds to avoid TooManyRequestsException error
