cii - colorize irc it

This small program colorize an output of ii[1] connected to bitlbee[2]. It also
filters out join status lines.

Building
--------

To build cii simply type make. You may want change config.mk depending on your
system.

Running cii
-----------

Simply put ii out file to standard input of cii.

Without any parameter it sets user name from the system as a nick.
Only one parameter is allowed and it sets the nick.
