Question about count() #1121

So I'm trying to keep 15 of a certain item, "Straddling Viridium" at this case.

I've created this rule: tsm("straddling viridium") and count (15)
I then tried to add: "and not count (16)" which didn't work.

I also tried making two seperate rules with different order numbers but that didn't work either.

Sorry, I'm not much of a programmer!
