ExecutableManager is missing IsXmlId(string), IsExeData(string), and IsRegistered(Type)/IsRegistered<T>() which was somewhat present in the PF4, I will wait for #156 and #160 before I start a PR for this but if someone else feels like messing with that nonsense go ahead.
