Now that there is support for other forcefields, it would be nice to have a Buckingham potential

How this is done for a Lennard-Jones potential can be found in pylj/forcefields.py

This is a merge of @symmy596's contribution to tick of issues #35 and #30, I have also added a .gitignore (to make future contributions more straight-forward) and the logo.svg (just cause).
