general.sh calls fuser, but this is not installed in Ubuntu 20.04 focal by default (at least not in the container I setup with debootstrap for use with systemd-nspawn).

This leads to the message: "Package manager is running in the background.", even though the package manager is not running in the background.

Installing psmisc fixes this.
