Which feature would you like to have?

SiPeed claims on their website that the optimized toolchain has a significant performace boots :

And it apparently also fixes some issues with the board

Proposing to cache this toolchain to be buildable by the framework for testing and followup implementation on #5689

Nah, is this a x86-only toolchain? If so, no.
If not, implement using extensions. See meson-s4t7 for example
