OdroidXU4 fails during patching due to recent 6.1.75 kernel update

What happened?

Kernel patching seems broken by latest kernel update to 6.1.75 at hardkernel fork.

Suspected Commit: hardkernel/linux@5737e0c

How to reproduce?

just build OdroidXU4
