Moving from sourceforge to github

Since Sourceforge now apparently approve of adware / malware / spyware bundled by
their "software installers" I have decided to move to github instead.
This update only enables the redirection of checking for new software
versions on github instead of sourceforge.
Also libcurl on Windows has been updated to 7.41.0.

Bug fixes

• Fixed problem running RDP connections on Linux with spaces in the hostname or comment.
