Virtual Keyboard loses focus on multitouch taps

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the virtual keyboard in a Mathlive input on a mobile device.
2. Touch and release two keys at once, or in very quick succession of one another.

Actual Behavior

The virtual keyboard disappears and the input is unfocused.

Expected Behavior

The virtual keyboard should remain open and the Mathlive input should continue receiving input.

Environment

Is this a regression: did it use to work in a previous version?

Not a regression.

MathLive version
0.98.5 (the cortexjs.io/mathlive/demo page)

Operating System
iOS 17.1.2, previous iOS versions as well.

Browser
Safari and Chrome both have this identical behavior.
