So far only WordPress galleries and Gutenberg gallery blocks are supported to be used as separate lightbox collection.

However, some people also use JetPack tiled galleries. Propable these can be supported using the jetpack_tiled_galleries_block_content filter, also see https://developer.jetpack.com/hooks/jetpack_tiled_galleries_block_content/
