Understanding the comments in aroman#33 the `--alldrivers` parameter shouldn´t be necessary anymore.

hmmm. has anyone tested the guide with this change? According to the comment in #33, I think the idea is that rEFInd will automatically add the driver if a pre-existing linux partition exists, but in our guide we install rEFInd before we install Linux, so I'm not sure if the ext4 driver would be installed. If someone can test this and confirm --alldrivers ins't needed, then I'd feel more comfortable merging. |

This PR is obsolete since the 2017 guide rewrite. |
