Cogmind loading time improvement mod

This optimized build of the latest libvorbis for 32-bit Windows improves loading times in Cogmind by a few seconds on many modern desktops, and cuts the loading time down from 10 minutes to 10 seconds on Apple Silicon.

To install:

• Locate the Cogmind install folder and backup libvorbis-0.dll to libvorbis-0.dll.bak or similar
  • Typical Steam install location: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Cogmind\
• Extract the mod zip
• Drag and drop libvorbis-0.dll within the extracted folder into your Cogmind install folder, overwriting the original libvorbis-0.dll shipped with the game.
