natgeobg - National Geographic Background

Description

Set GNOME background to National Geographics' "Picture of the Day" using Mojo::UserAgent.

Install

natgeobg.pl depends on Mojo::UserAgent from the Mojolicious package. To install it run:

cpan Mojolicious

Usage

- run manually:

perl ./natgeobg.pl

- run from CRON (every 6 hours):

0 */6 * * *    $HOME/bin/natgeobg.pl 2>&1 > /dev/null
