Welcome to the Flex Server stack

This is a backend server, powered by Node.js and Express, that focuses on rapid development. By rapid development I mean that with very little effort, developers should be able to start focusing on the features that really matter to them.

• MongoDB : Document database – used by your back-end application to store its data as JSON (JavaScript Object Notation) documents
• Express (sometimes referred to as Express.js): Back-end web application framework running on top of Node.js
• Node.js : JavaScript runtime environment – lets you implement your application back-end in JavaScript

Pre-requisites

• git - Installation guide .
• node.js - Download page .
• npm - comes with node.
• mongodb - Download page .

• Angular Client with this server compatibility Angular Client

Installation

git clone https://github.com/arpit-absyadav/flex-server-mongo-multi-conn.git
cd flex-server-mongodb
npm install
npm start (for development)
npm run start:prod (for https `production`)

Docker based

git clone https://github.com/arpit-absyadav/flex-server-mongo-multi-conn.git
cd flex-server-mongodb
npm install
docker-compose up -d

CLI based

sudo npm i -g abscli
 abscli --server servername # creating server
 # For module
 # First goto module dir in app then run
abscli --module modulename

Other commands

> `npm run test`  #testing.

> `npm run coverage` #to open coverage in html (change `xdg-open` to `open` for mac).

> `npm run docs:build` #build documentation.

> `npm run docs:open` #open documentation. (change `xdg-open` to `open` for mac)
