Relaxing website validation requirement on New Entity Form

Feature request received from Dave Martens:

• Website validation is a little strict - it won't except www.example.com but instead requires https://www.example.com.

This validation is important to make sure the value provided is a valid URL.
The validation is performed by Django.
A placeholder containing the proper format will be implemented to clarify expected value.
