I think we need to release a new version of arrow gradle config because this had problems with JVM targets

@JavierSegoviaCordoba what needs to happen to Arrow Gradle Config? Do you know the status?

I think the latest correct arrow gradle config release is a .3-alpha but I don't remember exactly. Maybe @i-walker remember it but probably we should update all dependencies in that repo and create a properly release.

If we have plans to add Code Coverage to all kotlin repos we should apply kover via those plugins too.

AFAIK the last working on is 0.10.1 since 0.10.3-alpha3 still had issues regarding binary compatibility with different Java versions unless that was fixed after? cc @JavierSegoviaCordoba

We could branch of 0.10.1 and then add the code coverage based on those changes and make necessary updates

As far as I remember the fixes were added manually to a specific repository.

When I come back from vacation I will try to update it.
