So peeps don't have to rely on az being installed?

The mega rad @bacongobbler pointed me at https://github.com/Azure/draft/tree/master/pkg/builder, which I could shamelessly steal 😄

Not sure if that's worth it here, though, because we'd still need to rely on az login having been run. 🤷‍♂️ we shall see
