L16 has the syntax of Universal Binary JSON (UBJSON, http://ubjson.org/).
L16 has the semantics of parsing and rendering UBJSON to and from JSON compatible object values.
L16 is written primarily in ASM.JS, a high performance subset of JavaScript.
