Razer BlackWidow Elite not working anymore #32

Out of a sudden, my Razer device doesn't work anymore. It is detected by Artemis, it is working in Chroma Studio. But it is not identifiable in Artemis and shows up in Surface-Editor with a red dot next to it. The logs don't show any promising error:

The only thing the keyboard does is doing it's color loop. Where can I even start looking for a problem? I have reinstalled Synapse and Artemis multiple times, I alsow tried it with the SDK-only installation.

Hello,
Razer support is still kind of in an early phase. You mentioned a red dot next to the keyboard in the surface editor? I'm not sure what that might be. Could you take a screenshot?

Hmm, Ok. It is strange that it worked once. However, here is the creenshot. Maybe the red dot is only the currently set color. When I click "Identify", the keyboard does not response.

Hi, sorry for not getting back to you sooner. Could you confirm that this is still an issue?

In the meantime, I bought a Logitech keyboard, but the problem with the Razor keyboard remains.
