Static rebuild with OpenSSL 1.0.2zd (15 Mar 2022).
Compatible with XP.

Build Parameters:
--enable-static --disable-shared --disable-debug --enable-silent-rules --disable-plugin-auth-pam --disable-pam-dlopen --disable-systemd --disable-selinux --enable-lzo --enable-ssl --enable-crypto --with-crypto-library=openssl --enable-ofb-cfb --enable-x509-alt-username --enable-multi --enable-pkcs11 --enable-socks --enable-http-proxy --enable-fragment --enable-iproute2 --enable-def-auth --enable-pf --enable-plugins

Differences from official installer:
static only, no debug, iproute2 is enabled, x509_alt_username=yes.

First install openvpn-install-2.3.18-I001-i686.exe. Then replace the exe files. The dll files are no longer needed, you can remove them.

Version 10 of openvpn-gui was originally. Version 11 also works on XP. Can work not from administrator. Has a new item "Import configuration", but not translated. Imports to \config, but in a subfolder. Doesn't depend on libeay32.dll (OpenSSL 1.0.2zd inside). I increased MAX_CONFIGS value from 50 to 300-500. In the future I will try to build even newer versions of openvpn-gui, maybe they also work on XP. gui is only a shell that runs the console openvpn.exe.
