obfs4proxy:
The last official working obfs4proxy.exe for XP was version 0.0.7 from Tor Browser 8.5.5. I built obfs4proxy.exe version 0.0.11 working on XP. But 0.0.11 doesn't work with the new tor.exe. However, it works with tor 0.4.3.6 and 0.4.4.6.
