Releases: arteria-project/arteria-packs
Checking indices and getting project reports
Adds:
- Checking indices using
arteria-siswrap
to the workflow - Adds a new cron-style job which picks up project status from charon and posts it to the project coordination slack channel
Start aeacus-* jobs on irma and sync reports
This release brings two major features:
- Starting the aeacus-* jobs from Sisyphus on
irma
- Synchronizing reports from
irma
and loading them into theprojman
database
This brings us up to speed with the entire old Sisyphus-based process on irma
.
Workflow compatible with StackStorm 1.4
The arteria-packs workflow has now been update to be compatible with StackStorm version 1.4. Please note that this breaks compatibility with previous StackStorm versions.
Synchronize to irma and use /pickup
The ngi_uu_workflow will now use the /pickup
endpoint on the runfolder service - which should make it less of a problem if multiple sensors are active at the same time (due to a bug in a old version of st2). It also supports synchronization of runfolders to irma
.
Longer turn-around times in runfolder sensor
Merge pull request #29 from johandahlberg/longer_sensors_time Increase sensor poll time to 5 min
Increased timeouts
Moving from 10 h to 24 timeouts - since quick reports aren't really all that quick... 😉
Support ignoring QC results
The workflow now supports skipping the results of the sisyphus QC. Note that QC data will still be generated.
Synchronization to Nestor
This release features:
- Upload to
nestor
- Auto-starting of the
ngi_pipeline
- Minor bug-fixes and enhancements
v1.2.3
Fixed ssh+rsync bug
v1.2.2
Longer default polling timeouts - since on large runfolders, e.g. HiseqX the steps can take more than an hour to complete.
