Usage in production app?

• Can we use this lib. in the production app? OR
• Can we upload the app to the app markets like Google/Apple with this lib.? if yes...then
• Do you have any reference apps which have used your lib. and uploaded to any app markets from past years?

I am asking this just to confirm safety, you know like Google App Store they just removed apps without any warning and give no time to developers to fix the issue, so that is why these questions came to my mind regarding your ffmpeg-kit.
Just to make sure this lib. is safe to use and google won't complain about anything.

Safety is a broad term. I don't know exactly which aspect of the library you're referring to. And, I don't know much about why Google are removing apps from their store. So, I can't guarantee what Google will do or won't do.

In FFmpegKit:

• Android packages are scanned by Sonatype Lift before they are published on mavenCentral. No issues were found on them

• Regarding licensing and other legal matters we created several pages under the wiki. Have a look at them please

By replacing lib. inside the app by the user, really...I don't think this is even possible..
yhea, developer can update the lib. but Users can't.
Also yes I am using android version of ffmpeg-kit with Lts.

Also, I was thinking to replace the log data of ffmpeg-kit, at least I can do this or what you have to say.

You know it's really hard to achieve, also most users don't try to hack the app, those who do just got only compiled code nothing else..
Also regarding me can I turn off and comment on some lines in your ffmepg-kit source code, like I don't want to display ffmpeg-kit loaded messages and version on start, also I want to change the ffmpeg-kit log tag from ffmpeg-kit to ffmpeg only.
Can I do this if I want to?

ffmpeg-kit is not the first library out there that uses shared LGPL libraries. There exist a lot of other LGPL licensed open source projects. And none of them asks users to hack anything. I suggest having a look at them. And see how they satisfy the conditions of LGPL.

You don't need to take permissions from me to make a change in the source code. ffmpeg-kit source code is licensed under LGPL. You can do whatever changes you want to do as long as you satisfy the licensing terms of LGPL.
