When enabled this will highlight the month names, the weekend days and (if available) the current day.

It is a little bit of a hacky feature as it figures out all the coloring after the calendar is calculated. So probably not the most optimal solution, but I didn't want to mess with the existing functionality too much.
On the other hand this means, that the original behaviour was not touched at all, which could also bee seen as a plus I guess :).

I was looking for a simple terminal based calendar and found your project. And then I thought a bit of color would be nice.

Of course I am open for any suggestions.
