Hi Fadur,

Thanks for submitting some code, but we're going to use #31, because it allows fallback to Django's simplejson.

The reason is, because Django 1.4 is designated as an LTS release, is still being supported until at least March 2015, which supports python 2.5, which does not ship with the json module (included python 2.6). When support for pythons < 2.6 is dropped (when 1.5 becomes the minimum version)
