OracleLinux is a CentOS based distribution, so detecting it as such.

Thanks for this PR! I want to create a docker image of this distro configured for Ansible and Molecule for the tests before I merge this. Will do that in the next few days. To make CI pass, I'll fork your PR and put it up in the repo with the container addition. That will preserve your commits so your contributions to the repo are maintained. |

Going to merge this as part of #114. Added an oracle linux image for the CI tests and made some quality of life refactors. Preserved the commit history from this PR to keep your contribution to the repo recorded. |
